1. Return and Exchange Time Limit and Prerequisites

  1. Return and Exchange Time Limit: You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item (based on the logistics delivery date). Requests beyond this period will not be processed.
  2. Prerequisites: The items requested for return or exchange must meet the following requirements, otherwise, it may affect the review of the application:The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, accessories, etc.);Cleaning consumables (e.g., grease cleaners, floor cleaners) must remain unopened and not leaking, without affecting secondary sales;Provide clear proof of purchase (e.g., order screenshot, payment record, etc.).

2. Return and Exchange Application Process

  1. Application Timing: You can only submit a return or exchange request once the order status has changed to “Shipped.” The order status will be automatically updated within 24 hours after you successfully receive the product.
  2. Application Method: Please send an email to the customer service email at service@syporla.com, with the subject “Return/Exchange Request + Order Number.” The body of the email should include the following information: order number, purchase date, product name and model, reason for return or exchange, contact information, and attach photos of the product condition and proof of purchase.
  3. Review and Processing: Our customer service team will review your application during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM UTC+8:00). Upon approval, we will inform you of the return/exchange address and related details via email.

3. Shipping Fee Responsibility

  1. Seller’s Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue (such as leakage, damage, functional failure, etc.), wrong item shipped, or missing items, Syporla will bear the return shipping costs. You may initially pay for the shipping when returning the product, and we will reimburse the shipping fees when processing the refund, based on valid shipping receipts (courier waybill + payment records).
  2. Buyer’s Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to personal preferences, buying errors, or reasons not related to us, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. We will only cover the cost of re-shipping (for exchanges) or refunding the product price.

4. Refund Details

  1. Refund Time Limit: After we receive the returned item, we will complete the inspection within 3 working days. If the inspection is passed, the refund will be processed to your original payment account within 15 working days.
  2. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid for the product (excluding the original order shipping cost). If the return is due to our fault, we will also refund the return shipping cost that you initially paid.
